When they arrived I opened the package carefully expecting to see at least one or two broken mugs as I have received from other major stores. To my amazement they were packaged firmly in the box and in perfect condition! Also, when I looked at them I was shocked by how beautiful they were! They are dishwasher and microwave safe and look terrific in the cabinet (especially if you have a glass front one) - they honestly looked too good to use! I purchased two different sets of Maxwell and Williams mugs and I love both sets. My wife had to convince me to finally use them because that was why we bought them in the first place.
