When I first went keto in 2017, I had a hard time with it, feeling sick adjusting to my body's new low carb energy source. I didn't realize that part of that was electrolyte imbalance. I fell off the wagon, hard, but I'm back on, and K4 helps immensely. I'm two weeks back into keto, and though there's still flu-ish effects, it's much lessened. I recommend this product. These capsules are a little too big for me to swallow, so I just open them up and take the powder with water. Normally, this works fine. In the case of these capsules, the ingredients pack a nasty tasting wallup. I mean like NASTY nasty.

Works great! Gives you energy to get through whatever you need! Easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste.

I ordered this after having the keto flu. I have been taking 2-4 daily and have had no more symptoms.

This stuff is great for preventing muscle cramping. I take one-2 before a workout and one after to prevent cramping.
