They found the beef
Perfect addition to our charcuterie night! The beef arrived vacuum packed. Cured well and slices were individual and fresh. the taste was light and smooth. We will definitely be purchasing again.

Tasty at a Reasonable Price
After looking at the steps to make my own Breseola, this was the best option. Very tasty. A notch above prosciutto when needed.

Not great bresoala
I compare this bresaola to the stuff I normally get in Europe and this, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The flavor is just off in what comes across as almost artificial.

Utterly disgusting
This product has absolutely nothing to do with bresaola. It’s chemicals laced meat without any similarity to bresaola.
