**Q: Is this actually from isclinical itself? reps who work for the company tell me they only sell internally to skin clinics. is this licensed properly?**
A: I couldnt tell you 100% that it is or isnt. I do know that the price of $40 is the same as through other companies online. I have purchased this and have loved it. If its not the "real deal" then I wouldnt know it. My skin has improved for sure!

**Q: Is it to be wiped off or rinsed off. The directions do not specify?**
A: Hi, Moisten face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to moistened hands. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

**Q: Hi!  This product appears to be for face, but the photo shows that's it's the "Body Complex."  Can you please confirm that this is the Face Wash?**
A: Good catch! The photo does not match the product description. I purchased from this seller/description and it was indeed the CLEANSING COMPLEX, which is the face wash. This photo is of the Body Complex which I believe to be a body moisturizer. They are two different things entirely.
