Ive used nose pillows for 10 years and always had trouble with the air blowing on my husband when I faced him. Also air escaping from my mouth even with a chin strap. This mask is the best ever. Hardly any air flows out from it so my husband is very happy that he isn't blown out of bed any more. I wore size medium nose pillows and a small in this mask. It fits great. Love it.

Much more comfortable than all of the other masks. Tried Resmed full which covers bridge of nose, and nasal. Easy to adjust and does not need to be over tighten for good fit. My nose thanks you.
