Woolx Unisex Merino Wool Neck Gaiter To Keep Neck & Face Warm , Cobalt Blue, One Size

I own and have owned a couple of wool and cashmere scarfs over the years. Unfortunately scarfs(or scarves) are not the best for those who have to work or spend a lot of time outside or near areas exposed to the outside in cold windy Winter conditions while being "active"(moving around) - they can fall off into mud or slushy snow.I bought several winter face masks/gaiters since about 2012 to compensate for the limitations of my scarfs.2 of those masks were made of Polyester and are less than ideal for "breathe-ability" - even after years they still have a noticeable "industrial" smell when I try to breathe while wearing them on my face(during the Winter).When I bought a similar "Merino wool" gaiter/mask from Minus33 I could smell the same "industrial" smell as I did from the Polyester masks - which was suspicious to me, also it did not feel like wool. So I returned that one and ordered this WoolX gaiter/mask. This one at least does not smell like it originated from refined petrochemicals. I did not get a chance to test it in Winter's cold weather because I received it during the Spring but it seems like it should work fine for next Winter.

I really wanted to like this neck gaiter - the wool is very nice, soft and itch-free. However, the gaiter is sized for very small people - I felt like it was strangling me. The diameter needs to be at least a couple of inches bigger, and it could be longer too. Or perhaps it just should be offered in different sizes.I gave mine to my 12-year-old niece and it's perfect for her.

Extremely comfortable, non-itchy and essential for freezing weather. This slips overs your head to warm your neck and can be pulled up to cover your face. It's not bulky so doesn't interfere with scarves and other clothing, and feels soft and cozy. I wore this during the 'bomb cyclone' in New England and it made a big difference to my overall warmth - it's definitely an essential piece of outdoor clothing.

I've got the Jade color. It's slightly less intense green than pictured, but very nice regardless. It is soft and warm, not itchy at all. I'm an average woman, 145 lbs, 5'-6", regular neck, but it feels borderline tight. Maybe too tight for a man. It's lightweight, like an under layer, but has double layer. Overall I really like it and loved the vibrant color options which are so rare nowadays.

Very warm but not long enough to go up over your ears and down the back of your neck. Kept slipping down. Do enjoy it for cold mornings out on the water fishing though.

I wear this over my ears when I run. Keeps my ears warm while allowing the top of my head to "breath". Lightweight, easy to pack, dries quickly, no stink! Works well for me!

Great for walking 15 min to the subway in NYC in 10 degrees! Only complaint is it's slightly loose for my head/face to begin with (I am small female)...and after one wear it stretched out at the top edge I had around my face so now it's definitely too loose.See photo...you can see how the top is wider than the bottom, where it stretched out.I will be sewing a line up the back to make it tighter, or maybe even dryer to shrink.Love the wool, not scratchy at all and definitely warm.

I love the quality of the neck gaiter. The color is great (reversible green and green/grey striped). The merino wool is soft and the flat stitching is a plus. However, the diameter is much too small and it is too constricting on my 18" neck so I am returning it. I even tried to give it to my wife who has a small neck but it is too tight for her too. It would be 5 stars if it was bigger. I hope the manufacturer reads the comments and starts making a bigger size.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful, high-quality merino knitwear in great colours. One of the things that I especially like about this gaiter is that it is not too big or too long. I have a slender neck and other gaiters just fall around the bottom of my neck, but this one is nice and narrow, so fits very well. It is very comfortable and warm.

Not really what i was expecting it should be thicker and with a bigger fitment .Its very tight amd thin
