Everyone I've tried to use this with has difficulty opening their mouth as large as necessary to properly use this product. Which isn't really a fault of the product, so much as it is difficult to measure the circumference of an open mouth. Perhaps the metal circle is too thick? Because if it were smaller it would not ... sort of... function in the way that one would intend to use this, however the size of the ring makes it difficult to use enjoyable for (what I believe) are most users of the product.Oh and the strap connecting it is a bit on the cheap side. Functional and not so cheap that you think it'll break or that it has pieces skimming off, but less than prime leather quality.

The sides are way out far from the face and the ring is 3” wide. I bet Steven Tyler couldn’t fit this in his gaping maw.

What can I say, she doesn’t like it so much, but I love it. This along with some bed restraints what a combination. Limited mobility, no hands and an eager mouth, what more can a man ask for.
