Lovely fabric, great color selection
Thermowave Merino Life boyshorts are good quality shorts with a comfortable waist that sits in just the right place. The weave is soft and not itchy, and the colors available are nice. The one issue I have is the same as for any knit jersey short-during all day wear, the legs tend to stretch and become loose and shift a bit. I would still recommend for those in search of a comfortable, warm merino boyshort.

great shorts
I'm a size 12 and the large is not snug but doesn't ride. These are warmer then I expected but dry quickly and keep thier shape all day even in and out of the water.

Great for hot and sweaty environments
Very comfortable and I appreciate the minimized sweat and odor since I uses these in 110° F weather with 60% humidity. Waist band is pretty high, higher than most of my pants though, so I have to wear them with a long shirt.

Comfortable, though as others have noted, the waist band elastic is tighter than rest of material. Worn on long hot hikes and no stink, dries quickly, but did feel clammy while hiking. Washes well.

Lighter color merino wool fit and wash well
First of all, I like merino wool for my underclothing due to its comfort, odor resistance and due to the fact that I can wash it the night before and it is usually dry the next morning (more in humid weather). I bought these Thermowave pair because I needed a lighter color to go under lighter color clothing and they worked great. I like the waist band which is more elastic and feels secure which I like to have, especially with boy shorts. The package arrived in normal time without any issues.

Comfortable
Comfortable and dry. Just like what I am looking for. Also because it's boxer style I don't have to worry about having the lines showed up on my butt. The only cons on this is that I can't use this with a regular feminine pad, somehow it won't stick. But I would still buy it again because it's still a good one to wear on regular days.

I bought them for skiing. They are perfect. They are very comfortable, soft and fit great.May be my measurements will be useful for someone.I’m a female. My height is 5’4 and I’m 115 lbs. waist 26 inches and hips 34. I bought size Small, color Grey (they are exactly like on the picture)

One time use apparently?
After one use, they tore in the inner thigh/ crotch area. Fabric just unravels super easily. Very odd, but just fell apart after about a 7 mile hike. They were great and comfortable, just can't believe they developed holes so quickly!
