Arrived melted together
We got hooked on these after purchasing from a Nespresso store, so decided to buy some on here. They arrived all melted together. We wrote to the manufacturer through Amazon and never heard from them for a replacement. Such a waste. We tried to pull them apart and they all crumbled. For a premium product you have to pay shipping for, it should have been handled better.

The product is great without a doubt. However 50% arrived damaged - broken or deformed. I would buy again but only in a store.
