Stainless Steel Food Storage Container - Food Saver 3 Stack-able Round Bowls - Lunch Box with Lid Carry Handle In Lime Green

I bought this to take my lunch to work and am very pleased with the product. The stainless steel bowl parts are thin but seem to be built well. The plastic has a nice feel. The snap latches and handles come off easily for cleaning if necessary. Cleaning has been easy but we have not tried the dishwasher (and probably won't was I don't like to put stainless steel in the dishwasher).The size is sufficient for a normal lunch.Which brings me to the few negatives.1 - Since the latches and handles come off easily they could get lost.2 - The lid can be difficult to take off (look at their FAQ to see how to get it off easily).3 - Not microwaveable due to the metal parts.Overall I am very pleased.

I got to try KnGLuv Stainless Steel Food Storage Container and it was delivered to me on time as per schedule through Amazon Prime. When we opened the box we were pretty pleased to see that this product looked exactly like the one in the Picture on Amazon.com and on the box. The outer shell is made of plastic in Lime Green Color and the insides are all stainless steel. It is light weight and the handles make it very easy to carry.This container is Dishwasher safe though I haven't yet washed it in the Dishwasher personally and I cleaned it with hands in warm water and soap and we can use it to store left overs and keep it in the fridge. The Lid with the latches on the side and silicone ring keeps the smell of the food inside the container and doesn't let it permeate in to other food in the Fridge. I like to carry homemade popcorn or some other salty snacks to my work to eat it as a snack and I found this product to be perfect for carrying snacks and lunch in one container instead of carrying multiple containers.We tried to store different kinds of foods that have liquid in it like Chili, spaghetti and Clear Broth based Soups. We even tried plain water to check about it being leak proof and We found out that it can hold Spaghetti with sauce, and Chili without spilling it but water and Broth based soups leaked even on the top most tier with the lid with the Silicone ring. So be careful while carrying the food that has liquid with low viscosity.Additional problem was that the Lid doesn't have screw action to slowly open that lid so there is every chance of splashing the food while trying to open the lid. The plastic on the outer cover doesn't look scratch proof so I'm not sure if the container will keep looking like new for many years or not. I can't tell if the stains of tomato sauce will get embedded on it permanently or not. It’s too early to tell. I also can't tell if the stainless steel layer inside will remain dent free or not.However if you are trying to carry or store dry foods or something that is less Viscous then go ahead and purchase this product. Please do not carry very liquid items and think that you will be safe from the spills. You can check how it is working for you before carrying it with you. I'm planning on using mine for a long time. With gentle care and carrying foods that I normally carry to my work I guess that it will all be worth it.

I've been using my container for a few months now, and I have noticed that liquids leak in the top compartment. I've secured the spout, and snapped the sides closed, but it still leaks. Also, I've noticed that even with the spout open, it's hard to take the top compartment lid off, because of the suction, which then causes liquids to spill out.

Very poor quality.. didn't even make it out of the box..

Since the ad for it said 2.1 L, I thought that meant each one was 2.1L. Nope. It is a total of 2.1L so each container is very small. I was looking for something larger. For what it is it is overpriced. I kept it but mainly because I just don't return things.

Received this order very promptly. They are very sturdy little containers. The air tight seal is no joke, it works very well. That was my favorite part about the Food Storage Container. It kept my salad fresh for 2 whole days, and it usually doesn't stay fresh in the fridge for more than a few hours. It's great for parents on the go, that need to keep snacks handy, cold lunches for school or work, people like me who are hypoglycemic and need to keep a healthy snack on hand, great for long road trips too. I used one as a snack bowl for some ice cream, and it kept the ice cream from turning into a sloppy mess so that I could actually enjoy it. They also have a nice feel in the hand if you're carrying with the handles. The handles do not feel like they will break, or the bowls will separate, which I really like. I have used other carry & go storage containers, and they did fall apart, I don't look for these to do that at all. It's nice that they are dishwasher safe too. They stack nicely in the fridge. The only issue I have is that they are a bit smaller than I was hoping for. It was definitely not a deal breaker, or any reason to be upset, but that's the reason for my giving it 4 stars, instead of five. Price to size ratio needs to be better balanced. Very low quality and small for a $50 item. Found these for $15 which is a reasonable price for what you get, not $50 each as charged here.
