The Same as Using Fresh Turmeric Root
The Be On Organic Turmeric Root Powder is a wonderful product; the moment I opened the package the aroma was just as the cut turmeric root. After making the tea, the results were the same as tea made from fresh turmeric root. The benefits of the turmeric tea was noticed the very next day. I have used turmeric powders and have been very disappointed from the moment I opened the package. The Be On Organic Turmeric Root Powder is amazing.

Processed on machines that also process wheat, and others...
The product itself is good. No problem there and I would give it more than 3 stars. But if people go to the trouble of looking for "organic, healthy, natural, non-GMO, gluten-free", etc, they probably also want to know if a product is processed on machinery that also processes wheat, peanuts, tree-nuts, etc, like this product does. This is really important to a lot of people. I think this is important, and with all the other information on their website, this should be there, too. I shouldn't have to wait to read it on the package I receive.

The real deal
This product is simply awesome. It's USDA approved as being organic as well as by the Asian equivalent of the USDA. I chose the two-pack deal and realised a 25 % saving compared to if I'd gotten them separately.Make no mistake Turmedic is a superfood that can work virtual miracles for one's health.But you must get the genuine/ organic stuff to see that kind of result. I'll definitely be buying this product again.

May not be organic. Dubious.
I do t trust that this is actually ORGANIC turmeric. The reason being is the label has misspellings This product comes straight from India with obviously no middleman importer in USA to ensure quality. If they are not professional enough to have a properly spelled out label then I just have doubts they are organic despite the organic labeling. Furthermore this is advertised on amazon as a 1lb bag but it’s really only 14oz.

Not Fresh
I received my order on July 11, 2018. I ordered the two pack because I use lots ofturmeric for health purposes and don’t like running out. The product says it was manufactured 2/21/17 with the use by date being 2/21/19. That gives me 7 months and when I received it, it was already 17 months old!!! Not what I would consider a fresh product. I should just send it back!Update: I opened and used the product to make my medicinal Turmeric Paste. There is a terrible after taste and it doesn't work as well as my previous brand. I've thrown both containers in the garbage. Really not a good product.

Received ginger twice but ordered TUMERIC
The only reason I'm rating one star is because I ordered TUMERIC two different times and received ginger both times.

Great quality product.
The best turmeric that can be found online. Simply the best. I had some issues with order at first due to wrong inventory, which got resolved by amazon. I liked it and will definitely buy more.

Good quality, and the bag reseals air-tight easily.
Excellent powdered Turmeric root, very fresh and flavorful. I use this in various dishes, and in making curry. I am very pleased with this brand. Another thing I appreciate is that the bag has no plastic odor. Many do, but not this one.
