I was excited to try this product as an alternative to shower steamers. The design seemed sleek and I liked the idea of the essential oil pods. Immediately upon opening my shipment box, a strong, pungent odor wafted to my nostrils. I didn't really love the scent and hoped that I'd like at least one of the pods.Upon closer inspection, I noticed that one of the pods was empty and the tip looked like it was discolored yellow from the essential oil that had been inside. Since the item is not returnable, I sent an email to the seller. He requested photos of the defective product which I provided on Nov 17th.To date, I have not heard back.I can't fault them for my distaste for the scent of the pod (it smells kind of like "dirty hippie" to me- I've never been a fan of patchouli! It always smells like a strange combination of cleaning products and dirt to me!) , but I'm disappointed that they did respond to the issue of the pod that was empty. It seems as though other buyers had better luck with getting a replacement product.

I received my product in a timely manner in good packaging. This product uses essential oils that drips out slowly in the shower. It's easy to attach to your shower arm. At first, it was a struggle for me to open, close, and remove the pod, but I got the hang of it after a while. The different scents are nice and aromatic. The pods are refillable. I am using my own lavender essential oil in one of the empty pods and it smells great. I would give this product a five star if more of the essential oil came out a little faster as opposed to drop by drop. This product needs and upgrade.

My hubby bought this for me as a gift. I really like it. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that it is a bit flimsy. In order to change the scent, I have to take the arm off the shower head. Also their scents are limited. I really don't like the yellow one, but the green and pink are very nice. They make the whole bathroom smell wondrous. I might try to refill them when empty with my own choice of essential oils....

either i'm an idiot or the pod leaked while in open mode - read the directions - thought I did it properly - orange pod scent okay diffusing but somehow it leaked either into my hair or down my arm because it is so intense gotta go take another shower to wash it off! My side feels like I applied biofreeze! So the concept is a good one not sure if this delivery will really work. My orange pod is empty on the first shower so something went wrong. I'll report back after a few more attempts.

Box was broken when I got it

My shower is honestly one of my favorite ways to relax - hair masks, low lights, body scrubs, all of it. The Essio diffuser just completed the package for me really. I literally popped it out of the package and clipped the attachment right to my shower head in less than a minute, it was super easy to set up. My favorite essential oil from the starter kit is Breathe! Already eyeing the Night oils pack for my next purchase for a little evening steam to help me sleep. I have 2 diffusers around my house that I use regularly and to have this in my shower is just the bees knees. After a good steam my bathroom smells incredible, so it lingers long enough for the post-shower self-pamper as well. Definitely recommend if you're trying to take your shower experience up a level. Would also make a GREAT gift!

The "Shower Aromatherapy Diffuser Starter Kit" is "NOT" returnable. The package has "not" been opened because the person I bought this gift is ALLERGIC to the oils. This item should be allowed to be returned if the package has "not" been open. Reconsidering ordering items from Amazon!
