I want to preface this review by stating that while I am newer to mala bracelets/necklaces, I have been using crystals for healing purposes for a while. This is also not my first purchase from this vendor. Tiger's eye had been calling me recently, so when this became available, I knew I had to get it. When I opened the package and held the pouch containing the mala, my hand started to tingle from the energy. However, the magic didn't happen until I wore it. Within a few minutes of wearing the mala as a necklace, I felt a ring of warmth around my neck where the mala was. A little while later, I felt heat on my cheeks - the kind of heat that you experience when you feel your higher self. I didn't take off the mala for a few days (showers etc excluded) and, during those few days, I felt a few energy blockages being removed. I also do not feel the mala while wearing it and often forget that I'm wearing it which tells me that the mala interacts beautifully with my own energy. I would purchase this mala again for the energy alone, let alone for the beautiful necklace. I am grateful that this mala is available to us as we walk on our journey.

I don't always buy things online because of my hesitance for needing to feel and touch the product I am purchasing. A mala is something very personal and should not be "just another thing" brought home. Something special like this has be be "experienced". Because of the other reviews, I decided to order this piece.It arrived just as the others have said, with a little pouch, a card explaining how to use it and the properties of the selected stones and sealed in a little plastic bag for protection.I put it in my hands to "feel" it - the weight, the cool smoothness of the stones.. very very nice.When moving the beads through my fingers, I felt something... it wasn't smooth. And upon further investigation I found that one of the stones had a crack in it that went all around and THROUGH the stone. I was hoping that it was just a vein because stones have natural inclusions. But when I took the corner of a piece of paper, it got caught, alerting me that this was indeed a crack that went all around the bead.I contacted TamLyn via email right away (it was a weekend) hoping that I would get a response on Monday. Cristi contacted me immediately and apologized for this inconvenience and said she would ship a new one out on Monday. Guess what? She certainly did. Not only that, but she sent the tracking number too. I was surprised at how fast her action was on this, I really thought that she would not even see my email until Monday.When the new one arrived, I immediately felt it's energy, it was more intense than the first one. In the package was a second one of a different stone. I contacted her immediately to tell her of this accidental shipment and offered to pay for it as well as send back the original one that had the cracked bead.Her response was that the original one I can perhaps use the beads for something else. The second one she sent as a gift!!I am still amazed at how she did this and how wonderful her customer service is. Quick, accommodating and of course, the malas are both wonderfully made and absolutely perfect. And because the second one is a gift, it made it even more special.Needless to say, I just ordered two more, but the knotted ones that she carries.Thank you Cristi and TamLyn. You've got a customer who highly recommends purchasing these very strong and spiritual malas from you.I wish I can give you 10 stars.

This is described as "Amethyst," so I figured the image was a dark purple. If you're looking for an all black/Onyx necklace/bracelet, this may be okay for you. There are only a few Amethyst beads on the strand. It's also on an elastic cord, which is not stated in the description. I do quite a bit of my own beading and know that this type of string will stretch out and not hold it's shape or break altogether.

I just received the Tiger's Eye prayer beads and I love them! I have the other prayer beads that TamLyn Concepts makes and I love them all. They are very well made. I wear them on my wrist a lot and I do not worry at all about them breaking. They are absolutely beautiful. I love wearing them. The energy is wonderful. Some days I wear one, some days, both my wrists are adorned with these beautiful prayer beads and they are a wonderful reminder to just get quiet, ( I also have the amethyst(which is also beautiful), the howlite,(beautiful), the imperial jasper(love, love, love) and the adventurine(my first one, love it). I cannot say enough good things about these!

I like these. Careful that with the elastic string tens to pinch if stretched.

I am beyond pleased with my beads. Not only are they beautiful stones and made well, I wear them daily ( as a bracelet or necklace ) loving the energy of these healing stones. I definitely recommend purchasing ( I know I will definitely be buying more from them)

I have recently purchased my second one and i love it even more than the first one, i am a big fan of tigers-eye stone-. these are very good quality stones and the beads are put together very well.Overall great quality and authentic- Love It!!

Wear it all the time. Just keeps me in the moment every time i feel it hit my chest I'm reminded to stay present. It looks amazing, i get compliments all the time on it and the quality is top notch
