It’s only day 2, but I LOVE this stuff!! I’m an introvert, very anti-social and yesterday I had the best trip to Walmart in my life!! 😂. I talked to everyone, it was great! One thing to remember is that this product does work by lowering your Stress level,however it also lower's your Blood pressure very Strongly so be very,very,very careful if your taking any other medications including High blood pressure Medication!!! So Please talk to your doctor before taking this Medication!!! The doctor may have to do a blood test,to make sure your blood pressure and body can in fact be compatible with it!!! I love this product in the 3 weeks I have taken it. It is a healthy alternative to prescription meds for treating anxiety and stress. I felt the effects in a short time after taking them, and that is a plus is my book.Side note: Living Wonder claims to give you a free bottle after you used their product for at least 15 days, write a review and share it on your social media(Facebook, Twitter, etc) . I did all they required, and they say you’ll receive a confirmation email saying your free bottle will ship out in 48hours. I never received notification or the free bottle yet. Maybe I’ll just be surprised.

I have always heard and been told that ashwagandha is one of the best all around supplements to be taking. I have been off and on with it for years only because it makes me feel slightly off (difficult to describe) I do sense it slightly with this product (more so with some other brands) but if I take it with a meal it's not so bad. I like this company though and will continue to purchase from them. I haven't noticed a huge shift but I believe it has helped me to be more focused and aware. It has only been a month so I will update if anything changes.

This is my first experience with Ashwagandha and with the Living Wonder brand. I have been going through a super stressful situation for more than a year. I did some research and made the leap to try Ashwagandha . I am a skeptic when it comes to natural treatments after trying several without results. This supplement is proven to reduce cortisol levels.I noticed a decrease in anxiety, not sure if it's the supplement or other things I've incorporated into routine. I take two capsules in the morning and on an empty stomach, with no ill effects at all. The capsules smell great, like lemon. Not sure I've been taking it long enough to notice much else. Looking forward to what the future brings. I definitely plan to stick with Living Wonders as a supplier.

i take ashwagandha from another company and I was fine , I decided to give this Capsules a try since is very high rated and new & also new dosis. HELL NO !!!!!1st Day - i took 2 around 1 pm around 6 pm i was feeling extremely sleepy and tired . then later that night I was suffering from a nightmare and heart palpitations & panick of closing my eyes .2nd Day - i only took 1 pill i though mmmmh may be i should do lower dosis . Noooo i felt like a Zombie , Fatigue , Tired & I was awake all night . So i thought this is the ONLY thing I’ve taken differently . I DO NOT plan on continuing this product , I just wanted out of my system !! I’ve always been the person that would just close her eyes and sleep through the night until I started taking this . I hope I can get back in my life with my last product that i Used before . Hopefully it works for others .

Hello! Not much to report on these supplements. The first day of taking them I felt a warming feeling, relaxing. I felt calmer so I had high hopes for continued use. However, I am now almost at the end of the bottle and have felt nothing ever since. I faithfully take 2/day but honestly do not see any difference (good or bad) whatsoever. I have my normal stress days and my normal calm days but do not attribute anything to these pills. I will finish the bottle just for kicks, but will not be reordering. No point.
