Treet Starline Safety Razor

This is a copy of the Gillette G1000 (or the Knack if you like) and while a big fan of this razor...look at the pic. The two sides of the butterfly head do not align at all. Be careful with this razor. Some love it and think it's a diamond in the rough and others hate it. You're taking your chances. For about $20.00 you can buy a Feather Popular and while it has a plactic base (the Treet is all metal)the feather is a quality made razor. If Treet would improve the quality just 10 - 20% it would not increase the cost of production and they'd really have a hit here because so many of us older guys remember and loved the Gillette G1000/knack. I'm not saying don't buy it; just know you're taking your chances and since the price is so low why not? You might get a really good copy. But you might not. The plactic Treet is a better razor as it was marketed by Wilkinson Sword as their Classic Razor for a couple of years. The exact same razor as Treet made them for W.S. Just an FYI. Not to tell the truth I'm going to buy one just to see what I get:)
