I like the size of the molds. It gives me a variety of sizes depending on the fat bomb I am making. Plus I do a lot of candies, cakes, and cookies for others not doing Keto, and these are perfect for making bite size treats/snacks.I just down loaded the E-book that came with it. It was a little confusing, because I wasn't expecting to have to sign on to messenger. But, the down load was easy, and the book is full of recipes. I am excited about making some of them. Started off easy with peanut butter-chocolate. There is approximate 70 recipes to choose from. Worth the price. Highly recommend this product.

I have used four of the silicone molds I ordered so far, and they work perfectly. I like the one that makes a small cup, and used it to make a Keto friendly chocolate cup filled with a non-sugar, vanilla flavored sour cream topped with cinnamon. [I used sour cream instead of whipped cream due to allergy to non-cultured cow's milk products.] The cup mold is very easy to remove the chocolate once it has cooled, and is also easy to clean. I put them in the top dishwasher rack--easy and works great. I like the small mold shapes best, as each one is the size of one bite.

I just got these last week. I was surprised by the value - the 'cookbook' and number of included molds. Great for making candy or fat bombs. The only 'con' really is that some molds are thinner silicone than others I have bought. Not a big deal though as I can still easily use them. The book has SO MANY recipes. I don't have to search the internet for these now. One less step!

I love these molds! You don't need any cooking spray because they don't stick at all. And the e-cookbook that comes with them is fabulous! The picture above is of the chocolate fat bombs. And this afternoon I will be making the avacado smoothie fat bombs! Great way to make keto fun!

I love this e cookbook; it has a lot of different fat bomb recipes and if you’re vegan as I am, there are vegan recipes included and all of the recipes could be easily adapted to vegan. If you want a quick, easy and fun way to boost your intake of healthy fats, this is a great choice. The molds are high quality and easy to clean. Definitely recommended.

So I had no idea what a fat bomb really was, but I knew it was something that was highly recommended if you went Keto. I'm just starting Keto, and a lot of the stuff that is sold is really a scam. THE RECIPES ARE SO SO DELICIOUS! There's so many of them too. Any and everything you think you had to give up in terms of sweets, they have a Keto fat bomb recipe for. This is a must have if you're going Keto and trying to up your healthy fat intake. Especially if you struggle with sugar addiction. This will get you through.

I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for my review.I decided to wait to post my review because I wanted to try the molds for multiple uses. I used them to make mochi bites and keto bombs. They were adequate for a couple uses, but I have concerns about how they'll hold up over time. They are considerably more flimsy than my other molds, and I used them inside a pan in case leaks or drips were an issue.They're adequate but probably would stick to using them for keto fat bombs than using them in the oven.
