I love this roller. I ordered one years ago from a different company, but it broke within weeks and I haven’t replaced it until recently. This roller is clearly of a better quality. The interchangeable heads are a plus for different areas. The needles are not uncomfortable. They tickle as you roll it over your face. I only use it once per week over freshly washed skin. I always follow with a sheet mask. I admire my skin all day the next day. The storage case is a must have after sanitizing. I can’t say enough good things about the Derma Roller. It’s nice to be able to do something at home, that actually shows positive results. I only wish I had kept doing it the first time around.

I use this like 3 times a week so that my topical serums and moisturizer gets absorbed I to my skin more. I've seen a lot of Improvements using this.

Can’t tell a difference in my skin really, but I do enjoy using this item and I’m sure it stimulates my skin well! No visible results that I can see, but I’m keeping it in my skincare routine.

This is a good roller and has replacement head. It’s easy to maintain and use.

So far, I don't see the result in disappear wrinkles or acne yet... but I like to use it as it's easy to use to wake up my face in the morning.

Eh, I inspected my roller as soon as it came in. Looks like someone used it already. Found hair follicles on the roller right after I took it out of the wrap. Tossed it immediately
