I found the perfect shoe to put these orthotics into.My HIKING Shoes!The shoes feel like I can walk forever.I am very happy with this purchase!First, I do like these.Still trying to get used to them.They raise my foot up in the shoe and make my toes a little too snug.Make take a little more time to get used to.Second, I wore them in a pair of high boots, fits best in these shoes.I was able to wear these for a long period, but again very snug in the toe region.

It's very easy to put the insoles into the shoes.It's so comfortable.The design of the arch reduces a lot of pain when i walk.I have congenital flatfeet which make me suffering in walking all the time until i find such a pair of insoles.The arch is a very great design which is even a great revolution in walking.I can't wait to put them into my shoes,when i use them,I feel all the strength transfers to my tiptoe and heel.It reduces a lot of pain.Thanks a lot!

I am still in the evaluation phase, however they are well made. I followed their suggestion on size and they fit length fine with no trimming required. They fit best my tennis/athletic shoes. Dress shoes do not have enough space vertically to accept the inserts and leave enough room for my feet. They offer a cushion feel when walking and after two days of wearing just the tennis shoes with the inserts the Plantar seemed some better, however I was also icing and stretching too.

I walk quite a bit and this was causing many aches and pains in my back. These insoles were just what I needed to help balance out my walking and back pain. While I still get the occasional aches and pain, it's nothing like it was before.

I bought them for my wife, she loves them. She uses them all the time. I even bought her a second set. She they are as good as the insoles that the podiatrist sold her at about 20% of the cost.

I purchased these for my husband who has plantar fasciitis. He enjoys the high/firm arch on the inserts but noted that compared to some these don’t offer much cushion at the heel. They definitely work for their intended purpose.

Before that, I have used YRH orthotic inserts for two weeks. I didn't give a comment when I got it, because I want to test whether the insole is durable, but I was surprised that it was the same as when I got it.No distortion,it's still as firm as before.It has just a little bit of used traces.As other reviews say, I expect it to be used for half a year, and even longer, I might come back to buy it.

I have multiple foot issues. If you only have plantar facciitis, and you are used to wearing dress shoes with harder insoles these are probably OK for you. I have lost some of the padding in my forefoot and cushion on these insoles is like that of a cheap dress shoe. Also I have "Haglunds Deformity" a bump on my heal which requires insoles be flexible. What appears to be a hard foam (almost like plastic) bottom covers the whole insole which is unecessary and causes it to be stiffer and is making the forefoot area more uncomfortable. For what appears to be an otherwise good insole for arch support, this could be designed a lot better and be just as functional. I would even think people with no forefoot issues would find these uncomfortable. These are basically unusable for me.
