Leather Hole Punch Plier with Grommet Eyelets Kit,Punching Pliers for Leather, Belts, Paper, Clothes for Decoration and Repair, 6 Size Holes,2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm，4.5mm

I thought this was a set to install the eyelets. The only thing useful is the punch. Very large punch for female hands I have to try and balance one handle on table and push down with the other two. No tools to set the eyelets are included. I tried to google and youtube instructions with no luck. If you need this set for whatever else it's a nice set I was mistaken when I thought it was to install the eyelets.

The punch is way to bulky. The ends of the handles are 9" apart when opened and I need both hands to close the handles enough to grab them with one hand. At that point the punch is almost closed and it is difficult to put the material in place. I can't use this punch because it is way too difficult to use. I have another punch that easily fits into my hand and has plenty of room to put material in place.As far as the holes go, I punched a couple and they look good.I gave "Value for money" 3 stars because it came with a lot of extras.What I like about this punch is the replaceable copper anvils. My other punch is a antique, made from solid metal and the anvil is pressed in place and can't be replaced. or rotated to get to a fresh spot.

No wrtten instructions on how to use. The hammer is an easy thing to use but the little pieces were not in a secured box as they were all over the intended box that they came and you don't know what goes where or with what it goes to, size wise. There were no instructions telling you how to use them or what the sizes are or what they are. I thought I was just ordering the hammer and scissors and awl for leather kit but the scissors where not in the kit it was the strange looking snap things that are not snaps because there is only a ring but no instructions on what to do with them. So I just use the hammer. Would loved to have had the scissors as well but they were not in the kit like they were supposed to be.

Edit: the parts that work are good but the smallest hole punch has a chip in it and doesnt punch the whole circle. The next size up still has the metal plugging to hile and can't be used :(Original: New blue hole punch. BAM one punch goes through cow hide. BAM. This new one even fixes my old one's problem with a screw holding the part that bent up on the old (old is red in photos)! Aaaannndd it came with other leather goodies for the same price as some other new ones that looked just like these. And a carry case. So far I'm happy

Good value with everything it comes with except the latch on the box with the grommets was broken so everything got mixed together and I had to sort it the best I could also the tiny rivets didn’t come with the eyelets so I can’t use them at all. :( but it’s still a pretty good value all in all.

"I just LOVE getting a new crafting tool that has NO instructions on how to you it!" Said no one EVER! I have no idea how to use this because new tool for creating eyelets. AND i needed it for an outfit I'm supposed to wear this weekend! Thanks for absolutely nothing! The quality of the tool looks fine so if you already know how to use one then it will probably work just fine!

This is a pretty good starter kit. I googled videos on how to use all these tools. Once I saw how to use them, it was easy to use. I was able to do a couple of projects with these. Of course there’s better out there but if you’re just learning and don’t know how to use these, it’s good start with a cheap set and then work your way up.

The eyelets are tiny. I dont know what kind of shoes they would go to. Maybe if I was tying my boots with kite string. The punches are really tiny too. Its all metric and everything is in Russian, which I cant read. I bought it to repair my red wing boots. Im trying to replace the speed laces with regular eyelets. But they have to be wide for my thick john Deere boot laces. I guess what I needed was a leather punch for saddlery with larger diameter punches, and eyelet/grommet sizes.
