Very happy
Was very impressed with this product. I had bought one at Christmas and was very disappointed with the idea of buying another one so I am one happy girl already made several shirts can't wait to try the rest of the items. and it came early

Frustrated
I bought this heat press in April...used it many times...last time when I plugged it in smoke came out and it wouldn't turn on any more...I'm still trying to work with the company...but all I get is send us a video when I try and send the video I only get a message that I can't send it....very frustrated that the heat press is not even a year old....so I have to go and buy a new one....Please make sure that you have a warranty....or else you will be throwing your money out the window....even now when I try and load the video to this review it will not let me....video is only a minute long.....

DONT BUY THIS HUNK OF JUNK
Loved it at first... I’ve had nothing but problems. I would not buy this again! I don’t recommend it to anyone! 6 months after I got it the switch went out. So I ordered a replacement on amazon. Put the new switch in an it worked again. Now it won’t do anything again! I’ve not even had it a year! I thought maybe it was the fuse so I replaced it. It’s not the fuse!!

It broke on me, its stopped working
I purchased it on Aprilstarted using it on may maybe once a week sometimes even less. al ways kept it in my craft room in a sturdy well located place. I decided to make some shirts for the holidays and it just quit working, the controller wont turn on any more. i checked the fuse and is fine it just wont turn onI feel like I wasted my money

Worked in the beginning
Thought it was great for the price after having for a while the cap plate burns one side of the cap and when stopping there is a hissing noise.. I got to invest in a professional machine

Product Doesn’t Work
I purchased the Heat Press on April 11 and as of yesterday, it stopped working. I’m awaiting a response back from the seller. I’ve got several orders that I’m stalling on, momentarily. I’m not a happy camper, right now.
