Not Accurate.
No instructions but very easy to figure out. It looked very nice and didn't detract from the looks of the motorcycle. However, it was much smaller than expected and difficult to read. I could have lived with that but it was nowhere near accurate. When the outside temp was 72, this thing read 95! It was always a minimum of 5 degrees high. A thermometer is useless if it's not accurate. Amazon did their normal great job of standing behind their products and immediately sent labels for return and refunded all costs.
