I love tuna and this is excellent tuna. I was disappointed however that there was only one tin! Guess I should have read closer, but as the picture showed three cans I expected three cans. Would suggest to buyers to purchase the $31 can instead!

I've now had the less expensive cut and this tarantello ... both are great... this is appreciably better. The cost is dear though, so do something special with it. I used it on a version of a salad nicoise serving several people, with one person in particular whom I watched... someone who cooks quite well using great ingredients. He stopped cold at first bite, no words, savoring it, and then exclaimed on it.... this tuna does make an impression... very savory.
