REMOTE: Inteset's INT-413 Media Center Infrared Remote Control gives you ultimate control over your Windows Media Center PC! Using infrared (IR) technology, the remote control sends command information to our Internal IR Receiver from up to 30 feet away. One of the best features of this remote is the full back lighting. This is the only back lit MCE Remote in this price range on the market today. Back lighting adds great enjoyment to your Media Center application as you can clearly see the buttons on the remote without the lights on in the room. The other great feature of the remote is it's ability to learn the button commands for three devices in addition to your MCE computer. Now, with the new model INT413, we have pre-programmed the red, blue, yellow and green buttons to function as control buttons for your XBox 360 system just like on the Xbox 360. You can now toggle between XBox 360 and Teletext commands depending on your needs. It does not work with XBox One. It is very simple to program each button on the remote for any other use. Complete instructions are provided. IR RECEIVER: The Internal IR Receiver connects to a USB header on the motherboard with the cable provided and is ready to go. The boards size is so small (1 1/8"W x 1 5/8"L x 3/8" H) that it can be mounted almost anywhere with double stick tape. The mounting bracket provided can be mounted with double stick tape or you can use 4-40 screws into the threaded holes in the bracket. The sensor on the front of the board must be in the line of sight for the remote to operate. However, only a small hole of about 1/8" is necessary for the receiver to see the remote. As long as the black sensor on the receiver is in that hole you will be able to use the remote up to 30 feet from the receiver.
