The Gem PenRing Cleaning Pen Brush - On-the-Go Diamond Jewelry Cleaner from The Mrs. Box

It has a nice soft bristle tip that gets under your stones, under prongs, into crevices, and uses a kinda foamy clear liquid that is supposedly safe for all gemstones and metals. My Fiancee thinks it smells really good, and it totally smells like windex so idk what's going on there LOL.The difference is real! My jeweler even said that my ring looked extra sparkly when I walked in! And I told him about this pen. He constantly tells people not use at-home jewelry cleaners because the harsh chemicals can damage your jewelry and stones, but this claims to be gentle. I have some jewelry education as well, so I do often look at my jewelry with a loupe (jewelry magnifying glass 10x magnification). I do wish it came with a lint-free microfiber cloth to dry off your jewelry, the liquid leaves a filmy residue that I can see with my loupe unless you wipe it down, but once you do, it's nice and shiny! Just be-careful because a regular towel will leave little lints and fibers under your prongs or possibly catch a prong. Without a loupe, I swear it looks sparklier, I'm still convinced that it's giving my ring a little extra sumthin-sumthin.As for the packaging, it's adorable, white and gold! I keep it in my purse, but I worry about it because the button is on the bottom. So if I put it button down, obviously it will click and waste all the product, so I leave it top down. However, it is always "wet" when I open it, so I never have to click it. I'm worried that I'm gonna run out of product quickly, but it hasn't happened yet and I've had it maybe 2 months.This would be a PERFECT gift for a newly engaged person! We are ALWAYS looking at our rings, and other people are too, so this little pen just keeps everything it's sparkliest! (Make sure to get real cleanings by your jeweler too!).

It got a lot of build-up off my jewelry that I didn't even know was there. It sparkles now.

I love the Mrs. Box and wanted to try the Gem Pen Cleaning Brush!! I am thrilled with it! It is perfect for traveling, on the go...it's going to be my GO TO gift for friends this year!! Especially for someone that has EVERYTHING! Personally for me, it is natural and so I can use it on my wedding ring with no fear! I have diamonds and 2 Emeralds in my ring and it won't discolor my Emeralds! Woo Hoo!! I highly recommend it!! Cute box that it comes in as well!! Shining my ring and wearing it proudly!!

The good thing about this product is that it does clean your rings/jewelry easily, otherwise my jewelry gets much cleaner with my small sonic jewelry cleaner once a week at home, OR with a toothbrush and clear liquid soap. Of course, this is supposed to be a travel or away from home cleaner so I suppose it is worth it...

This was a gift - and Im totally going to steal the idea and gifting these too! First time you use it you need to click the button a few times for the cleaner to wet the brush, and then just brush and clean your ring. I worked fast and my ring looked cleaner pretty much right away. Brush is flexible enough to do a thorough clean. I'm a sucker for beautiful design too and this is SO pretty. - Would be a great stocking stuffer... or white elephant/prize at a ladies night or bridal shower!

I'm so impressed! I have a morganite engagement ring and the stone gets very cloudy. I have an untrasonic cleaner but it doesn't get it shiny like my ring looks after a visit to my jeweler. The Gem Pen makes my ring bling. It's so shiny after one use. I will update my review once I know how long it lasts. I still recommend getting it cleaned and polished by a jeweler a couple times a year with an inspection but this works great for weekly or monthly use!

Bought this twice for two of my friends that got engaged over Christmas time! They loveeedddd it! The packaging is so cute and it makes such a great gift for a newly engaged friend. Highly recommend!
