I ordered this product on 16th March 2021. And it failed in July 2022. The failure was that the switching functionality was malfunctioning. Not all the switches were turning on at the same time. Only one switch would turn on while others remained switched off.I wish they had a repair service. Anyway I have ordered the same product again as my kids wanted the exact same configuration.Installation isn't difficult, however an average electrician would struggle as its not their run of the mill job. The install configuration however is clearly mentioned on the manual and the device.The remote needs upgrade as it is flimsy and buttons make sound like a 1990s radio.Cheers to the Sisah team to bring this product to market. Need more products from Sisah which strive to make the everyday live easy.

This product is very good. It is also easy to install. Plus it's even more fun to use. Like you will feel that you have installed a separate remote at your house and it is controlling the whole house. Its special thing is that it works from far away. It doesn't need range. Since it works in Rodeo Transfer, it does not require any signal going. Works great in big boobs with great ease. This is the best product I have seen so far. The less I write about it, the more I love it and I have made it three times at my home.

Remote working super

Its a very good purchase for the cost. It works well. Let's see how long it last.However I have given it less rating primarily because of the wrong information provided by the manufacturer/dealer.2 out of the 4 switches are auto 'switch on' after power resume. Meaning that lets say all the buttons are switched off and the main power line drops and resumes; 2 switches (A and B ) will start automatically.Even when the master switch is off and there is a power failure. When the power resumes line A and Line B will automatically switch on.I thought it must be a fault with the unit that was sent earlier to asked for a replacement. However even the new unit worked in the similar fashion.

Connections are not working as per described on the product. If switched off and on again only the next connection is powered. Only 1 output is working if manually switched OFF and ON again, not as per the group output. If 1st connection is connected with the Light and 2nd connection is connected with the fan then if we switch it off and on it again manually then it only gives output to 2nd connection (Fan) only, Light (1st connection) will be off

Excellent working as desired after DIY installation inside switchboard. Good and neat looking Metal body of receiver giving solid and durable feel. Though tester showing some leakage current from the metal body due to induction. An earth point connection will dissipate that leakage current. So plastic body seems more safer in this regards. Battery used in the remote is uncommon 12V (GP 23A) type which is little costly to replace rather than common AAA or AA type. Overall satisfied purchase for smart home DIY.
