Arbequina Olives are very small and oval and are used both for oil and as table olives, but as long as they have one of the highest concentrations of oil, they are therefore mostly used for olive oil production. Arbequina is a pleasingly fruity and buttery olive, rich and flavorful for its small size. Its texture is firm and meaty.
