somewhat useful
it's really didn't offer support to my back and for it to be a waist trimmer it wasn't wide enough to get that good belly sweat going..lol if you get what I mean.. wouldn't order this again.

Nice Belt
Like it and lends me support for waist and back. Well made. It is not as wide as shown in pictures of side and front. The wide portion is in back although I suppose you could wear the wide part in front but that would defeat the purpose of a back support.
