Delightful characters, excellent animation, & educational too!
Preschoolers enjoy watching animated characters...but parents know how important it is when children are able to learn a lesson from them. An example of such an animated show is Make Way for Noddy, a preschool television program that made its debut on PBS Kids in the U.S. just a few months ago.Make Way for Noddy, is about a wooden boy named Noddy who lives in Toyland. This animated series is geared toward children ages 2-6, and based on the series of books by Enid Blyton. In each episode, these colorful computerized characters teach values and other educational lessons, sing songs, and introduce different cultures. Each episode also teaches words and phrases in other languages. We sampled 4 episodes of this delightful series...the first, "Catch a Falling Star," shows how Noddy and his friends work together to help a little star get back to his home in the sky. In "Bounce Alert in Toy Town," Noddy helps a tiny ball bounce as high as his friends...but not before the tiny ball learns that he's just as important as the bigger balls...no matter how small he is. In the episode, "In What Strange Weather," Noddy tells the truth when he accidentally leaves a basket of eggs on a milk can and it gets carried way up into the air by the kite it's tied to. Noddy takes responsibility for what he has done and explains exactly what happened. Each episode screener we reviewed also included a segment where Noddy sang a short song.MyParenTime.com highly recommends this children's series -- besides the beautifully colorful 3-D graphics, this positive series is educational and teaches many life lessons that young children will be able to understand. The Make Way for Noddy series features a delightful and relatable group of characters...except for the 2 naughty goblins...they aren't that sweet ;).

My daughters favorite book
This was one of the first books we bought our baby and now at 19 months old it is her favority book. She carries it over to us chanting Noddy Noddy Noddy! We found it for $2.98 at a closeout store, apparently we got a great deal. Strangely this is one of the only books she didnt try to eat and is still in perfect condition.
