The result is a chocolate that is not quite as sweet as white chocolate, and has a noticeable berry flavour to it (which is natural - no berry flavouring added).It's a true delight and fairly hard to get hold of in a pure bar form. Absolutely worth getting, delicious! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unique but not chocolatey! *by S***M on 18 July 2020* I agree with others that the packaging is woeful and I had broken bars arrive. However the Highlands are not very hot that often so no melting! The flavour is not for those who just live chocolate as it has very little cocoa flavour. It is fruity and ever so slightly grainy - the texture is definitely not creamy but it is unique and not over sweet.
