These are appalling. They are thin, paper like material, non absorbent, do not bend with the clothes, ruck up and feel uncomfortable. They are VERY difficult to get out of the individual packets, as they are glued in! And only one per packet, so you have to go through the whole ridiculous process twice. The size and shape are good if they changed everything else! ( The photo looked like some really good ones I had once but they are not the same in any way.)

I was heavily disappointed when I tried these out and realised that they haven't made a difference at all. These pads would only be suitable for someone who barely sweats during the day. For someone who sweats more often, these wouldn't be ideal.

If you sweat a lot these wont do much and are wet through quite fast. The glue stops working when they are wet which is annoying. I went for a sweat blocking roll on instead and it works much better.

Take a little bit of getting used to fitting these insideYour clothes but do the job.

Ruined my shirts, the adhesive on these have completely ruined 4 of my best shirts. Waste of money is an understatement as they have cost me over £100 due to the ruined shirts.

Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves them. The package was a nice touch too!
