Connex Link Wippermann 8/9/10/11 Speed Silver 2 Pairs of Missing Link Connector

This bike chain connector works great on my 9 speed chain. Pay attention when you order so you get the right size connector. Surprisingly easy to get on and off. I like to take my chain off when I clean it and this makes it easy to do. Also I've heard that the standard missing link should not be used over and over. This Connex Link can be used almost endlessly and can be used when you replace your chain. It is more expensive than the standard missing links but it is worth it. Very glad I bit the bullet and picked these up. Now I don't worry about how often I'm taking the chain off.

One of these came with a Wippermann 8SE E bike chain. Well there are Ebikes, and then there are E Bikes. Mine has 1500W which is way out of spec.( by about 4X) for this chain. I forgot the link needs to be replaced after a couple uses, and I broke one. The chain is fine for this use but I now rivet my chain and don't use these anymore. Other similar parts failed much sooner. It lasted about 6months of what is basically testing to destruction. Worked for me way beyond it's intended purpose. Probably the best product of it's type there is.

These removable Connex links are a must for all of those who like to properly clean the drivetrain and chain of a bike. The installation and removal are SK easy and KCMC and SRAM removable links can’t even compare to these. Plus these are made in Germany and they will last a long time. I just wish they come in packs of 3-4 and that they were a bit cheaper.

After installing this case I found it leaves a black ring around photos when you use the camera on some modes.I found this out after installing according to the directions which mean I removed the factory screen protector.I have been looking for a screen protector equal to the factory one but keep finding ones that are not curved.In the mean time I have dropped my phone and broke the screen. I don't think it would have broke if I had a screen protector which I would have had if I had not bought this case.

I have tried other link but connex is the best. Super easy to connect and take apart. Shimano link are hard to take apart and put together. This link easily comes apart with no tools and have never had any issues while riding. I'm 280 and put down A LOT of power if I didn't have a issue U wont either. Only issue is i need to order a couple for my 11 speed now.

These reusable chain links are better than other similar products, most of which are basically disposable. If you like cleaning your chain off the bike regularly, this is the ticket. You should get the Park Master Link Chain Tool for removal. Installation does not require tools. Highly recommended.

I bought this missing link connector because I often remove my chain for cleaning and rewaxing, it works great! Also, I am still on my first connector and it shows no sign of wear or other issues. I will buy again when these do finally wear out.

I have used these links for years without any problem. Breaking a chain weakens it. There is only one time when a chain should be broken and that's when the chain is fitted to a bike. After that, use a master link and have a reliable chain that can be maintained much more conveniently.
