Q: Is this watch new, with new manufacturers warranty?

All watches we sell are shipped with the manufacturer box, manual, and serial number with a certificate of authenticity and warranty card from AuthenticWatches. If a problem should arise with the watch, you must ship it back to us. We will then send it back to the supplier the item originated from, who will forward it to the service center.
