Taking it an hour before bed is perfect. It wipes me out so beautifully. It fixes energy imbalances, as the parathyroid is separate from the thyroid. It helped my husband sleep through the night… no need to get up and pee at 4 am. Not sure why.

When I looked for the ingredients, I couldn't find them listed anywhere. I had no idea that the product had Rice derivatives in it, and I have an allergy to Rice. Thankfully, I read the ingredients when I received the product through the mail and saw that it has Rice in it.I almost gave it three stars because I believe the company puts out good product, but I couldn't say if this product is effective because I didn't try it. Instead, I gave it a two because this company doesn't display the ingredients on the side bar it only has one view, and that is the front view of the bottle. It also doesn't have the ingredients listed in the product description. Today, I looked to see if they listed the ingredients anywhere yet. This time, I found the ingredients by scrolling all the way down to the question and answer section. They were listed in an answer to a question.
