good
i especially like that it has DHA in but the taste is a bit strong from the vitamins in the strawberry flavor. I remedied this by adding a spoon or 2 full of strawberry sugar free Hershey syrup for flavor per 16 oz cup. I also find it mixes well with vitamin D milk if you shake it well, but I'm sure you can just as easily switch to mixing it with soy milk for lactose intolerant children, especially for the extra calories, but ill tell you right now trying to mix this stuff with water (your little one doesn't drink enough water) be warned mixing it will be a pain it will be easier to mix it with warm water shake or blend well (if you blend it mix in fruit bananas or strawberry's )and allow to cool in fridge or add an ice cube or two ... I've noticed with every brand i try this seems to be the case with all of the strawberry but never in any brand have i seen it with the vanilla flavor have that strong vitamin smell or taste... why i don't know? my son prefers the vanilla or the strawberry mixed or blended for him maybe try that and if it must be strawberry sugar free Hershey syrup just a thought? and if you blend in fruit your blending in natural sugars for flavor and don't need the sugar free syrup if you prefer the more natural route while adding extra calories, water, and vitamins into your picky eaters diet. also fruit juice with fruit is another option if you go sugar free... just ideas :D all in all i had a good experience with product and seller and the different ways to use the product i just wish each serving had more than 80 calories... but if your trying to walk a fine line between giving your little one enough nutrients and vitamins without causing a weight problem because they weigh enough their just picky eaters and need vitamins and nutrients its a good option... depends on your needs PediaSmart nutritional powder has more calories (same as pediasure and i personally think it taste the same) for little ones who really need to gain weight not just vitamins. i recommend either for your needs.

I ordered this in hopes to get a good base for smoothies for my sons who are gluten and dairy free but the taste is horrible. It almost has a fishy undertone to it. I would not purchase this again.

My girls did not like this drink mix
My girls did not like this drink mix. It gets really thick and rather disgusting if you don't chug it right away. We ended up throwing it away.
