Doesn't keep food hot
My husband is on the road 12 hours a day and has very little time to stop and eat. I thought that this product would help him be able to eat hot food items for breakfast and lunch but I was wrong. He went to eat his breakfast about 1.5 hours after I made it and it was already ice cold. What a bummer.
