Love this steamer!We have a toddle in the house so we need to be cautious on the material. After reading through the material used, I decided to try out this Kitdget Food Steamer, as it specifically says it is BPA free. This steamer works great, very well-made, and everything looks just like how the picture has shown. We used it to steam veg, pumpkins & potatoes, they came out tasting delicious, far better that boiling. I use it to heat up our daughter’s smashed veg/ egg/ chicken for in between meals that my wife prepared, as we avoid microwaving her food, this steamer is a great help for us to make her snacks in the most healthy, clean and hassle-free (for me). The tray bottom can be lifted up, I can use it to heat up milk bottle and milk as well, very helpful tool and straight forward to use! I have been using it every day since it arrived, I don’t even bother to pack it in the cupboard because I use it so often.

At the beginning I was disappointed as the kitchen full of steam and noise of the steamer.The first try failed because I thought anything can be steamed!Then decided to read the manual which doesn't help much.I googled for the steam cooking and discovered the how and what to cook.So I did my own tries some are excellent but most could be eaten with a closed eyes :)I like the capacity , easy to use , adding water while cooking .I hate the rice bowel , it is tiny!

Definitely a thumbs up for me, very happy with thisI have been using food steamer to cook for a long time, as my old steamer had broken down so I urgently need a replacement. This one is at a good value and it is in clear plastic, which looks so much better than my old one which is in milky white colour, definitely an upgrade from my old steamer. It comes with a small container and water cup, and you can even top up the water while the whole steamer is operating without removing parts.There is a drip tray below the steamer trays, makes it easier to clean. Everything else works like my old steamer, faster steaming, and compact, cook 3 dishes at the same time perfectly, A Real Bargain!

It only worked twice then stopped working would like my money back I didn't realize there was a limited window to return the item. I was going to return it today.

Just received my new steamer as my old one sprang a leak after years of use. I wanted one that has clear plastic bowls i chose this one as the reviews on were pretty good .I have just tested it and was impressed with the speed the steam built up however i was a bit disappointed with the size of the bowls ,they are smaller than expected and as you can see in the photo the rice bowl is tiny (the tin of beans is so you can judge the size ) .On saying that there are only 2 of us the majority of time so it will do .Just hope it cooks okay and last longer than the guarantee. Nice smart looking steamer .

Really simple to use, I steamed salmon in the bottom level veggies oneach of the other layers. At the end of the cooking time they are allready to eat and very delicious, only took me 15 mins to finishcooking! I will definitely try to cook different food with it, I thinksteam chicken will be amazing too, excited to cook more with thissteamer.The look of the steamer is exactly to same as in the picture, it is inclear plastic and it is BPA free which is important for everyone!Highly recommend!

I only used it 3 times. On my 4th attempt it wouldn’t heat up.As I have already put the packaging in the recycle bin I have no way to return the product. Any ideas??

Th first one broke in a week and I exchanged the second to try. It’s been a couple of weeks now and working alright.
