**Q: Due to back surgery, I can’t lay flat on the floor.  Can I use this in a sitting position?**
A: Absolutely. I use it sitting.

**Q: Does it have adjustment for different resistance strength?**
A: No.

**Q: How do you set it up to get the suction cups to work it’s not sticking can’t do sit ups**
A: It didnt work for me either.

**Q: Is there a manual for using this?**
A: No I didnt get one but you dont need it, its as easy to use as you can imagine, just place either between thighs and push slowly in and out or do the same whilst holding it to work your arms, changing position eg holding it out or close, up/down, will help work different arm areas.

I think it’s pretty good... I’m a plus sized woman however, (size 2x) so it’s a bit difficult to use it as directed on the things as it slips out... not sure if it’s because of my size? I do use it to tone my arms and I battle with it to tone the thighs... maybe I’ll figure it out :)
