The bag is fine except that it turned out to be much bigger, stiffer, and bulkier than expected. The dimensions were stated clearly and I own a bag with the same dimensions which was exactly what I was looking for, but maybe the dimensions did not include the wheels. And the sides of the bag are a bit out rather than tucked in, which also makes it larger than the actual dimensions. I don't think I will use it as I wanted it particularly for travel and I think it is considered as a carry on suitcase and not an extra accessory item. I will probably give it to someone who will use it only for work and not travel.

So I've had this for about two weeks and here are my thoughts. (For reference, I live in NYC and anything that survives being dragged around NYC for a few weeks will likely survice a nuclear attack).When I first got it, I thought it was enormous! But I've come to appreciate how capacious it is: it fits my textbooks, chromebook, papers, everyday thingies, lunch and snacks, and a change of clothes.It looks nice. Handle retracts easy and it's easy to pull.However, the front flap has a hard time closing. Making the clip button magnetic would be better.And the stitching concerns me. When I have it filled just a bit and must stretch the flap to close it, I see the stitching at the top stretch too - makes me wonder how long it will last.

Ok, I dreaded doing this review and held off as long as possible. Here's why: I LOVE THIS BAG!!!!!!!!! It is Beautiful! I get compliments daily, people jokingly (I hope) threaten to steal it and ask me where I got it constantly. The design of the outside is magnificent, stylish and I can't think of enough adjectives to describe adequately how fabulous it is.However, I can only give those compliments for the outside of the bag because I don't carry a laptop. The inside of the bag is pure perfection IF you buy it to carry a laptop. Otherwise, the compartments inside just take up valuable room that I need. I've got a bit of a handicap now and can't carry my purse any more so I bought this bag so I could put the purse, a few papers and my lunch inside. Because there is limited space in the bag, I had to go buy a tiny purse and tiny lunch bag to fit it inside. That's disappointing. Also, the bag arrived without the little change purse that comes with it.Therefore, overall, I'd say if you're objective is to have a bag to carry your laptop and a small (tiny) purse, this is the one definitely. And, again, IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! But if you need it as a daily work bag, it's a little too small. The wheels work great, the handle is great and even has it's own hidden compartment just in case you want to carry the bag like a purse. I wish it came just like this on the outside but a few little pockets inside but no laptop spaces. I'd buy it in a hot second!

What a disappointment. I have used this bag a total of 5 times on travel for work and it's falling apart. The handles are shredding, there is damage to the base at both corners, and the wheels wobble. I was so pleased with the look - sleek and more feminine than most travel office bags, but there is a serious durability issue.

Changing my original review to a ONE STAR. I ordered this a while back for upcoming air travel for business and just returned from my first and second (past week) use. The problems: 1. I couldn't get it through the Southwest or United aisles because it's too wide so I had to carry it. 2. Even though I selected MIDDLE seats to have a wider place to stow it under the seat in front of me, it was very hard to maneuver underneath and just barely fit so I could not access anything in it during the flight. 3. During the first flight, the front snap came off almost immediately, rendering the place for critical items such as my tickets, etc. USELESS. 4. During the second flight, not only did I not have use of the front pocket, one of the bolts holding the pull-up handle fell right out, creating a wobbly handle.Because I didn't take that trip until this past week, I am not able to return it or exchange it. That seems wrong, especially since I've had good luck purchasing many items from Amazon in the past.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mother in law who is a teacher - she was looking for something that could hold her laptop and some files to and from her classroom. She loves it!!! It fits everything she needs (her laptop is brand new so it is thin and not the largest screen size so I'm not sure how big you could go) plus all the files she needs to take home with her at the end of the day. She loves the fact that it rolls with the telescoping handle (the handle is a little stiff to pull out) and that it stands on its own (her previous bag would fall over unless leaning against something). We both love the purse like look of it too. It was the perfect gift for her.

It arrived yesterday - and I'm thrilled with it.First - external.Top: There is a zipper on top, with a crocodile matching zipper pill - very stylish. The material itself is beautiful - very chic, and the whole bag it seems to be built very sturdily. It looks beautiful, very stylish but also practical.Bottom: The wheels turn perfectly, it's very easy to pull.Sides: There is an open pocket on both external sides of the bag, both of which can take a small water bottle without problem.Front: The front pocket holds a letter-sized spiral bound notebook - and can be closed. A non-spiral bound would help it close more easily, but it coped with spiral admirably.Back: The pull handle collapses down, and has a zipped pocket to close it down.Inside: A padded pocket for a laptop: It takes a 15.6 laptop very easily - with around 2.75 inches to spare each side. There is an elastic strap which keeps it in place, with a velcro fastener.- Padded pocket for tablet- Full-width zipped pocket- Two internal open pockets, trimmed with croc- A small-items bag, attached by croc to an internal loop. Cool for pens, post-its, cellphone, etc.I'll update after a few months to let you know how we're liking each other, but VERY GOOD first day. :)

Fantastic ladies brief case, very smart, sturdy and stylish. Arrived quickly even though it came from USA

I use for work. Holds my laptop, coffee thermos, water bottle, lunch, paperwork. There is no room for purse but I've adjusted for that. Very happy to save stress on my shoulders!The "snap" on outside pocket only lasted a week, then fell off. I can do without it but was disappointed.

I didn't use it, it was a gift.
