Quality sleep has always been known to maximize the quality of life, I’ve read everything out there regarding hacks, in my opinion Tim Ferris has the best hacks for products/best practices regarding quality sleep, I just wanted to add the Melow Mojo product to that list. After extensive research I added magnesium to my ritual prior to bed, magnesium has always helped me, you add it to a cup of hot herbal tea in addition to stretching, meditating, and some breathing exercises. The Melow mojo product is a convenient game changer for me since I don’t have to boil water anymore to add magnesium to a herbal tea, I just mix it with temperature filtered water and it’s magic prior to sleep, 10 pages into a book after a delicious mellow mojo drink and I’m already closing my eyes, perfect quality sleep, I even got the family hooked and trust me, they think all my super foods/wholefoods products are non-sense and always joke about how I overspend, but they always appreciate the purple Melow mojo drink, I spoil them and gives me the peace of mind they take the magnesium their bodies need.

This was my second sleep aid drink mix brand I’ve ever used. It helped for sure with my sleeping and the flavor is pretty good. It doesn’t mix well, but if you continue to stir as you drink, it’s fine.

I was skeptical, but this stuff works great. It tastes like cold mulled cider. A little sweet for me, but not bad and more enjoyable than most of the other products I have tried. I was out in less than 15 minutes. I slept soundly. I woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and fell right back to sleep. In the morning, woke up refreshed without the groggy feeling that it was hard to get going. I love Mellow Mojo.

Has dyes in it, not sure why. It taste gross apple and cinnamon flavor. For me it was a waste of money will be throwing out

Love this product - I wasn't having trouble sleeping, but I noticed that my quality of sleep was poor. I was waking up im the middle of the night or early in the morning with my mind going a million miles an hour and I wouldn't necessarily remember what I was dreaming about, but I could tell I was tense and probably going through work related scenarios as I slept. Was looking for something to provide some relaxation as I slept (if possible), and since I started taking this before I go to sleep at night, I started waking up feeling a lot my relaxed, which is exactly what I was hoping for. 5-stars from me! Hope it works for everyone as well as it does for me :)

We are big believers in the Mental Mojo™ brand so when they came out with their new product Mellow Mojo to help with sleep, we were all for it. Right, when we tried it we instantly loved the taste, some like it cold but we love it warm. It calms you down and lulls you to sleep. That night we had vivid dreams which meant we were in a deep sleep REM. We haven't had that good of sleep since before our first daughter together was born which was 9 years ago! We highly recommend this product to everyone! Especially when you work all day and drink mental mojo to help with the focus this one helps you with having a healthier sleep! Not only it didn't work for me and my wife at all, it developed mold after a while. And all $60 (now $50) of it went down the drain. Hopefully this will teach me a good lesson of not trusting all those snake oil salesmen.
