WTF **Q: Does this unit need a power supply?** A: Hi, it will has a power supply in this kit, there is no need for you to purchase one. **Q: What kind of power source is needed, will it go straight into the wall?** A: From what I can see on the picture of the back of the unit is that it uses 12V DC power and comes with a 12V DC power supply adapter that does plug into the wall (110V AC receptacle). **Q: Does it have bnc connections to plug in cameras** A: This DVR is connected to the cameras with BNC cables. I was wrong in my assumption because I DID get a refund. It was in the form of a gift card on Amazon which I did not know I had until I ordered something today. I apolgize for stating I did not get a refund since I was only looking on the card and did not know it was a gift card as I did not see anything stating that.Although it had a hard drive, it does no good if it is not recognized. It kept putting a banner over the screen saying no storage device found. NOTHING anyone suggested helped and the banner blocked the cameras. After several hours working on it, it sent it back!Update: Although I was told: Refund issued $111.27 refund issued on Apr 14, 2023.Return received on: Apr 26, 2023I STILL have not received a refund although I included photos of why this product was USELESS as I could not see what was on cameras because of the flag saying "no available storage for recording" when it had a 1 TB hard drive, it does NO GOOD when it does not reconize it although I spent 7 or 8 hours trying to resolve the problem.
