Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint for Effective Relief from Plantar Fasciitis Pain, Heel Spur, Arch Foot Pain, Foot Drop Orthotic Brace for Sleep Support with Hard Spiky Massage Ball & Arch Support Brace

This was my second time with raging plantar fasciitis. The first time I had an (unnecessary) MRI, then I was prescribed anti-inflammatory meds and a $200 splint. They worked. The splint was large and made it very hard to sleep. Six months later my left heel started hurting and was getting progressively worse. I tried my splint but would wake up and take it off so I could sleep. I ordered this smaller splint and took Advil within 2 nights I was so much better in the morning. A week later my pain is minimal rather than excruciating in the morning.

This is comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I have a woman's size 9 foot and with the flexible steel piece in the front to adjust the angle and where it's bent is perfect. I've found that the extra strap that comes with it can be used with the arch supports that are included to give a light form of foot support or even a sock due to the type of velcro to hold it in place. I use it to keep my foot from dropping down and causing pain on the top of my foot and up the tendon up the inside of my leg. I'm glad I purchased this one over similar ones because of it's versatility.

It takes a bit to get used to, but it's worth it. The ball that came with it helps a lot too if you can keep it from your dog long enough to use. The compression bands were too tight for my feet. They just made them go numb. There's only one splint so if you have problems with both feet make sure to get two!Protip: Don't try to put it on for the first time in the dark.

This is a must have if you have any pain from plantar fasciitis. They are very easy to use. strap them on before you fall asleep and thats it! It also comes with the arch support bands and the spike ball. I used to just roll my arches with a can of soup or a tennis ball but the spike ball works much better. Its a horrible pain that you dont need to deal with it if you get the right products.

Ouch! Too painful to wear at night. Could only have it on briefly. Tried to work up to longer periods of wear but just didn't work for me. My foot wasn't held comfortably by the splint. I'd position it according to the directions and tighten the straps and my foot would quickly move out of the correct position (90 degree bend) and pull down against the brace. It just wasn't secure enough. I tried to tighten the straps more but my foot still slipped out of position and the straps were uncomfortable around my foot. Had to return. I think the style with the support on the bottom of the foot would be a better design for me.

I love the arch support braces and have worn them every day since receiving this. I wear them at night and all day and they seem to help. The ball is also great for stretching while doing other things. It is firm enough that it doesn't cave under the weight of your foot. As for the brace, it is a great brace and well made. It is taking some time to get used to like any brace would but, I am leaving it on for longer periods each night and hope I can make it to a full night soon. I can already tell my pain is improving and will be purchasing another brace soon.

I was hesitant to try this out as I am a very light sleeper and was concerned it would be cumbersome. But it isn't! Two days in and my plantar faciitus is already better after sleeping with it on!!! I could actually wake up and walk for once! Thank you thank you thank youuuu!!!!!!!

I have been wrestling with this product for two straight hours. It is useless.There is no way for it to hold your foot at ANY angle unless you completely cut off circulation to your toes, and even then you will not be able to hold a 90° angle. It is also impossible to put on without rotating your foot inwards at an extreme angle. I already have issues with supination, this product would do nothing except worsen it.This is the single worst product i have ever purchased to help with my foot issues. Please spend your time and money looking for a product that will actually work, vs a product you will need to return immediately or throw away.To experiment, i wore this product while i was writing this review. In the time it took me to type those two parahraphs, my ankle has started throbbing fiercely, i have lost feeling in the ball of my foot and in my toes, and my toes are ice cold compared to the foot i am not wearing this on.Awful awful awful product. If i could give it a negative rating, i would. I have started the return process.
