Even though I have not used this yet, I ordered it after eating the amazing recipe that is on the back of the packet at my sister's. She has made it numerous times and she swears it is always a crowd pleaser. She says it is easy to make and can be made ahead of time then heated when ready to serve. I am saving my packet for an evening with friends later this month. Cannot wait.

I fell in love with these spices at Portland's Saturday Market. I had ordered them online in the past which were pricey but worth it. However I just went to order $45 worth of packets (and they are small and flat) and shipping calculated to $27.95! Something is wrong with the shipping charges! At ~$5 a packet that's a lot since they should come in one box. They could be mailed for less than $5 total. Guess I have to wait until I go back to Portland...:( So sad. I hope you are listening Cuisine Mentor - help a girl out!

This is a great product for spicing chicken. Loved the flavor. This is one of a couple CuidineMentor spice products I've ordered from Amazon and I've been pleased with all of them.

We've had this spice blend since picking it up at a Whole Foods in Portland after tasting a sample. Company was coming over and we needed something easy that could be prepped ahead. Enter the Moroccan Spice Blend, and it received rave reviews. We used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and marinated them for about a day and a half. When it came time to cook, we just dumped them into a 9x13 dish and baked as directed for an hour. Serving it with couscous, Moroccan carrot salad, and coconut cupcakes, we spent the rest of the evening thoroughly stuffed. Absolutely delicious! Sweet and savory, the blend had just the right amount of kick without setting our mouths on fire. Fabulous!

The Cuisine Mentor Mroccan Spice blend is wonderful, complex, spicy, and earthy. We have found it is great also just simply sprinkled on top of chicken or salmon, vaying the amount by how spicy you want it. Our guests have also raved about how wonderfull "our" creations were.
