Did not work for me
I have a Behringer FCB1010 Midi Footboard to control my Mainstage 3 software on Mac OSX. Using this cable, my Mac could not recognize the FCB1010. After an exhaustive search online in FCB1010 user groups and the like, I found another cable that looks similar that worked. It was the Mio 1 in 1 out USB to Midi Interface for Mac and PC by iConnectivity. Don't know why one works and one doesn't, but that's my experience. Could be the footboard is extra sensitive, and this cable would be fine for other equipment, can't say.

Works as it should. It seems well made. I’m not using it for what I intended but feel at ease knowing I have a usb option for my older module

The Midi cable has failed
The cable is defective. It creates ghost midi notes. Really weird.
