This paint is great. My patio was peeling all around. I applied just one coat (no primer even) and all is covered and has been holding up amazing for a while now. Highly recommend!!!

I loved how it spread very smooth. I was able to paint the concrete pool deck in no time.

This is a good product. But Do NOT do as I did.1: I'm a man. So I have the "you don't need to read the manual gene".2: Naturally I did not read the well explained instructions on the can until I was half done, frustrated with how well it was sealing the tiny holes.3: Once I did read the instructions, I realized what I was doing wrong:You have to mix it with some water to thin it down for the first coat, in order for it to penetrate deep into small holes. When I did that, it spread flawlessly using a thick roller.Put a LOT on.Do not use it when it's hot on the surface from the sun. So early morning, late eve, or shade will do the trick.You can hose of the area and just spread it that way without having to mix it with water.Once dry for a few hours, then a full-strength coat will go on easily and smoothly.Don't drag furniture on it for 2 days. It says it drys fast, but it may take 2 days for full strength.

PAINT WAS TERRIBLE, HARD TO WORK WITH AND DOESN'T COVER OVER PAINT PREVIOUSLY PUT ON BY A PROFESSIONAL THOUGHT THIS PAINT WAS USED IN OLYMPIC POOLS, WELL THAT MIGHT BE A MISTAKE. IT MARKS UP EASY AND YOU CAN'T WASH THE MARKS OFF, ALSO WHEN YOU HOSE IT DOWN THE PAINT SEEMS TO BUBBLE UP WITH SOAP AND PAINT RUNS OFF. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PAINT. FOR OLYMPIC

Recovered a patio that kept peeling. Clean the area put primer and then apply the paint.

This is my third time buying this product. Seems like every year we have to do areas around our pool. My husband wanted to change products for something that would last but that would require doing the whole pool deck. So tired of having to paint every year but it is better than doing the whole thing. Just doesn't last with PA winters!!!
