Very Nice! Easy to clean-up BBQ grill!
I really like these BBQ Grill Gloves! We had some warm weather here in Georgia last weekend and I uncovered my Master Forge 6 Burner Event Grill and it was a mess! I fired it up and let it burn off for a bit, turned it down and proceeded to use a Scotch-Brite Heavy-Duty Scouring Pad and some soapy water with these on and was able to clean my grill up to almost brand new condition in no time at all! Highly Recommend this product!

One minor flaw....
Decent BBQ gloves that should last a long time. Heat resistance is fine and they provide a good grip. I subtracted 1 star because the thumbs are too short. The fingers are long enough, but the bottoms of the thumbs on the gloves sit about an inch above the bottom of my thumbs when I put the gloves on. This significantly limits my dexterity while wearing the gloves. Not a big deal, but definitely worth a star. If the thumbs were just a little longer, these gloves would be just about perfect. Perhaps someone with smaller hands would not have this problem, but then maybe the fingers would end up being too long. All in all, though, I consider these gloves to be worth the price I paid.

Protects my wrists too.
Fits my hands as well as my husbands. Non slip, easy to clean. Easy to put on and off. Works great for hot items, as the gloves also cover my wrists, I do not get burned anymore when taking things out of the oven. I used to sometimes touch the upper metal for broiling things on and got burned when taking things out of the lower one, the gloves also handle this problem. I really like the product

A Safety Hazard, Do Not Buy.
Do not buy this product. This is a case of totally false advertising and reviews. I tried using it to hold a baking pan and after a few seconds I felt the heat coming through the silicone. Within less than a minute I had to put the pan down because of the heat, my fingers felt as if they were burning. I took off the gloves and set them aside for a few minutes. When I put them on again they were still hot, inside and out. I do not recommend that anyone buy these gloves, there is no inner lining to prevent the heat from passing through the fairly thin silicone and burning the tips of your fingers. This glove is a safety hazard and should be pulled from the Amazon site. I would just like to state that the temperature of the oven was just around 250 degree Fahrenheit, a little more than half of the temperature rating for the glove. I repeat do not buy this product, you will be sorry, a cheap pair of cloth gloves, with an inner lining, are far superior to this product

Not for high temperature use
My hands are medium size and these are a little snug. Not the easiest to get on or off. They work alright for lower temperature stuff, like pulling food out of the smoker. But with real hot stuff, like a hot metal rack or 400° roasting pan, the heat will penetrate pretty fast. They were the cheapest on Amazon, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will use them for removing food from my smoker (low heat), but thats about it.

I want to like them, they just don't perform as advertised.
The gloves are nice and big, which I like, but they don't seem to have much heat resistance. I have tried them several times when grilling food and while they don't melt or burn, they don't allow me to actually touch anything without getting burned. When they get hot enough (like when turning over a metal kebab stick) I would go so far as to say they seem to act like a thermal conductor. I can feel the burn from the object I'm holding right away and it doesn't go away when putting the object down, you have to actually remove the glove and let it cool down because the glove material retains the heat. I've never used a similar product to know if that's normal, but it just seems kind of bizarre to me, definitely not what I would expect. Some other reviews seem to echo this sentiment while some of the positive reviews make it sound like these gloves could be used in a steel forge - I don't understand the discrepancy.

Save your fingers from boiling oils!
Definite fan of these gloves!I've been using "Ove Gloves" for the past few years and while they are great - they will FAIL if they get wet - which will *always* be with boil water or oil when using the gloves!!Now - these feel a little thin - and I tested them with some veggies cooked at 400 for 35 mins - so I was honestly a little nervous to grab the cookie sheet - - - but I could feel no heat - no problems! And no worries about boiling my finger off from errant juices!!!I think the "weak spot" for these would be rips and tears from cutlery - but other than that - these seem rock solid!!!PS. they say these max out at 425 - I definitely wouldn't tempt fate!
