Such great quality! They have some weight to them so they don’t feel cheapand they don’t look it either. The gems are adjustable like in the picture so if your ear lobes are thicker/thinner you can adjust the gems to fit snugly, but the bar doesn’t feel like it would break easily if you adjust it too often.I only wish there was a way these weren’t screw on just because I have long acrylic nails so screw on earrings are a little tough for me but because of the weight I don’t think regular eyelets would stay in as well so I think it’s worth the little extra effort on my part for the security that these won’t fall out.

Missing Screw-On Part
These are actually very beautiful and would have been my favorite pair of plugs if I were actually able to wear them. They are missing the piece that screws on that secures them. Any other time that wouldn't have been a big deal (I lose and exchange backs from other plugs all the time) but this screws on from the front and none of my other backs would fit, and even if they did, it wouldn't match and take away from the looks. Very disappointed because I ordered about $100 worth of plugs total and these definitely would have been my favorite.

Loose Gems Strong Metal
When I received these 2 of the gems were loose in the box. After gluing them back in place they do look nice and fit well. When adjusting them to wrap around my earlobe I thought the little metal piece would be weak but it's not.

These are beautiful. And delicate I keep them in there own box to keep the diamonds in. Have had no issues. True to size and screws in Nicky in the back.
