Great for dog walking too!
I know these are meant for runners but I have been hesitate to go walking in the woods with my dog due to hunting season and even signs recommend wearing bright clothing. The vest and accessories were all a nice quality. There is a zippered pouch in the front and the back. So you can put your keys, wallet, phone and doggie bags in there. I was once at a dog park and saw a bunch of cars get broken into so will always take my wallet and not leave it in the car if we go walking somewhere. There's hook and loop tape at the shoulders and then buckles at the sides with elastic adjustments. Really adjustable and well made! It comes with reflective ankle (or wrist) elastics and headband. It comes with some pretty good instructions too. I'm an average large and the vest fit just fine. It's a nice breathable fabric so would be great for runners and nice and lightweight to go over your clothes to walk your dog in the woods during the day or your nightly walk.

It's a lightweight jacket so it doesn't affect my running at all and it easily goes over the top of my usual running gear. It's very bright and reflective so I have no worries about not being seen in the dark now. Good fit and love the pocket in front to have my phone in. Definitely recommend for staying safe

I'm a car hauler I love the front pouch.. It's tight fitting and ferry reflective and it can take a punch.

The year it was made.
I didn’t like how small the mp3 pocket was. I also didn’t like how short the length of the vest was. Also, the buckled straps do not provide a lot of freedom width wise.

Easy to adjust for multiple users
Exactly what I needed. I use this for running on county roads and my son uses it while on his quad. Easy to adjust and adapt to most body sizes.
