Beautiful Time Cargo Bicycle Trailer, Large

Perhaps I should wait a few months before writing this review, but I'm already smitten so Why wait! I found this trailer very easy to assemble ( use your smarts though, the included instructions gave me a chuckle a few times). My 25 year old car died recently. I'm trying to see if I can make it 1 year without one. I've done a few grocery trips so far and this trailer has not given me one problem. I do believe the tires are fair, though I can see me replacing them for some seemingly more sturdy later on. I'll be curious to see how long the last, but so far so good!I'd estimate each trip over 100 pounds. I had no problem with turns, tires or braking. One thing I'd LOVE to have are access holes within the structure somewhere to have more secure bungee net fitting. Other than that this trailer is everything I'd hoped it would be. I have to take my cat to the vet next week, of course I'll use back roads, but I'm confident she'll get a kick out of the ride.

Easy to assemble. No tools were really required which is nice. My biggest complaint was that the instructions were somewhat vague. Some parts were still written in German and the instructions never told me what to do with reflectors. Thankfully the assembly is really straight forward as in all you have to do is attach the wheels to the base, attach the hitch post to the trailer and unfold the trailer itself. As for the reflectors, all I did was go back to Amazon and look at the finished product to see the reflectors belonged on the wheels. As for riding and usage, it is a great addition for people like me who would rather ride their bike places then buy a car.

The trailer I received was poorly manufactured. The flanges which hold the wheels were not welded to the frame at the correct angle and had to be tweaked a bit to make the wheels fit. The bed of the trailer was damaged in shipping (a hole in it from a wheel axle). I contacted the company a couple of times, but they never replied. For just over $100 it is still a decent buy.That said, I converted this trailer to be pulled by hand as a bug-out or bug-back trailer. It can still be easily converted back a bike trailer. The conversion uses a piece of 1" EMT electrical conduit and a ratchet strap. A little work with a tubing bender, drilling three holes, and flattening/grinding the end for the ratchet strap was about all it took. It pulls fine, although it is (of course) wider and more limited than the $1000+ uni-wheel hiking trailers. I have not tried it on any very rough terrain yet.

It is fine, except that it has its limitations. It is a bit too small. The design of the part that attaches to bike is inherently deficient, so that the trailer actually loosen (little by little0 the nut on the bolt of your rear wheel. that is no good. It is strong, but it is also heavy, being a drag on your bike. You woujld need a mountain bike. In all other aspects, it is impeccable (what can you expect for a cargo trailer?)

A solid quality utility trailer easy to assemble...The trailer is fine. Nothing fancy does its job. However the customer service I received was excellent. The trailer was delivered on time but had a bad axle, I contacted Hy Trading LLC spoke to Philip sent him some pictures of the problem and he immediately sent me a complete replacement part. No run around no stress, they took care of things in a professional manor. And I'll be buying a second trailer from them soon.I highly recommend them, the trailer is nice too.Thanks Jason

This is a good product. pretty robust. It is easy to attach to my bicycle and it rolls very well. Assembly is easy too. I give it 4 stars because it is a bit on the heavy side. An aluminum frame might be better.

It did a good job on the trip we took. A reflector came off in delivery and a nut came off on the trail.

Worked great got here fast!
