Great for the price
I use this product for travel - when I only need access to the internet. It's light weight and easy to use no matter where I am.

Unfortunately, defective
It worked for the first day, but the second day it started making weird noises and froze up. Unfortunately, we have to return it and will choose a different product to replace it with. Thankfully, Amazon has a great and easy-to-use return policy.

Don't waste your money...or time
Bought 8 refurbished J2's a couple years back for my classroom with fundraiser money bc they were only $99. They were rated very well for classrooms by PCMag. One stopped working almost immediately and CTL told me to restore it myself. Another works as long as its no more than 2" open(?). The track pads went out on half just as the warranty was expiring and CTL sent a box of trackpads. I can figure out how to replace them but when its obviously a QC issue with their product I'd expect a company to handle it. 2 years later I had some extra funds to spend ASAP. I didn't have time to research other brands and took a chance purchasing 8 NEW J41 chrome books (Also rated very well). I would store them overnight (fully charged and powered off) and the next day most would be dead. I (not CTL, apparently not their problem) had to restore the Chrome OS with incomplete instructions sent by CTL (luckily our IT guy helped me out) and most started working. Shortly after the warranty expired, two chargers went out and currently a couple won't start up.
