Headphones are beautiful in appearance and light up nicely when on, but the problem occured while playing online. Multiple times the device would cut off speech. There would be many times where we had to go through a whole set up of going into the computer and resetting the settings to make sure it was connected. It should have been as easy as plugging in, but NO we had to go to settings just to fix issues. Very annoying!! It also echoed at times. I couldn't believe this was happening with a new set of headphones that I just bought as a gift for my fiance's birthday. Very disappointed.

Clear audio and mic for gaming. Also has volume adjustment and mute options. My son says they are comfortable to wear. Easily charge for extended use with gaming. Quality product that can hold up to little boys that can be careless at times. Definitely recommend this product to others. We bought one pair of these for our oldest son and we liked them so much we bought 2 more as gifts. Compatible with PS4, iPad, and Nintendo Switch.

This was purchased as a gift. Was informed about a month after gifting them that they never worked properly (microphone never worked) and after just a few weeks completely stopped working (speakers broke within 3 weeks). Unfortunately, the window to return had closed 3 days before I was told they never worked. Contact the company to ask if they would remedy the situation and never heard back. This was a very disappointing gift! I would not recommend for anyone.

My son uses this headset for his PS4. He loves it. Works well and it has held up through being thrower across the room several times after a Fortnite battle. The lights are cool too.

These were good, but only for a VERY short time. They started cutting out after a couple weeks, and that's with taking very good care of them & not even using them every day. My son is very disappointed.

The build quality and audio quality are exceptional. We use them for gaming and for the kids eLearning. They are very comfortable to wear for a few hours.

Well i bought one and would have given it a 5. My kid loved it, worked perfect. Bought a second one, brand new, it came open, used and broken! So i will give that one a 1 star. The average is not 3. Im pretty bummed.

It’s definitely sound canceling because I can’t hear my mom screaming my name trying to get my attention. She usually does this when she needs something. Sound quality is there as well. I definitely recommend
